CA SACHIN GROVER

SACHIN GROVER is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of Montana (USA), Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) from ICAI India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from India. He has a vast experience of almost 4 years, serving in the field of accounting, audit, taxation and other financial aspects. He has good experience in representation before the Appellate Commissioner of Income Tax and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. He has independently handled the finance, taxation, internal audit, FEMA and ROC matters for numerous clients and has provided them ways and means to improve efficiency and control cost on a continued basis with his radical thinking and contemporary ideas.

CA RATAN SINGH

RATAN SINGH is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India apart from being a Bachelor of Commerce. He has a professional career of 5 years in the financial industry. He has acquired experience in audit of both domestic and offshore companies and was also in-charge of the preparation of financial accounts, VAT, payroll, TDS and other statutory reporting. His extensive exposure to various accounting scenarios has allowed him to build a strong financial background. He has mastered in the field of accounts and taxation matters inception of the firm. He has good experience in handling corporate matters of direct taxes and audits.

CA DHARMENDRA KUMAR

DHARMENDRA KUMAR is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India apart from being a Bachelor of Commerce. He is in the practice for the past 5 years beginning by setting up own practice and building it up. Thus, he has deep knowledge of departmental working at lower level up to the appellate level. He has varied experience in all areas of Audit, Investigation, Due Diligence, Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Company Law Matters for both domestic and foreign companies, Management Consultancy, Information System Audit and FEMA. Work with clientele includes companies (large and medium sized), firms, banks, trusts, societies, charitable and educational institutions besides few renowned individuals.
